Our Cash-on-Delivery (COD) process has been improved to serve you better.
We have separated the cash collected for your package from the delivery fee, to provide a more seamless experience. To successfully place a COD order, the delivery fee must now be paid upfront from your Kwik wallet.
In addition, an upfront return fee (60% of the delivery fee) will now be charged along with the delivery fee. This return fee is meant to handle situations where the recipient is unavailable or has no arrangements to receive the package. In such situations, the package will be returned to the sender.
You can be assured that if your recipient receives the package, the return fee will be promptly refunded to your Kwik wallet.
To ensure the successful placement of a COD order, please verify that your wallet contains sufficient funds. To access detailed instructions on how to fund your Kwik wallet, please click here.
Once you fund your wallet, enter the pickup, delivery, and package details, including description, category, quantity, and value of items.
Additionally, you'll need to select the following options:
"Are you a merchant/seller?"
"Do you want Kwik to collect money on your behalf?"
Then, choose your preferred vehicle and click "Proceed to pay"
This action will redirect you to a page where you can input your banking information.
